Got a letter from mom and dad today. They're doing well, though dad is still having problems holding down a job. When you work by yourself for so long, it's hard to have to work under someone. He has patience to learn, but no one has any for him. And he's too proud to work in fast food. They'll get by though, mom wouldn't soften the truth so I wouldn't worry. I know they'll get here sooner or later. I need to give them a call sometime soon.

My classes are going okay, aside from math, of course. Might have to see if there's a study group or a tutor I can go to. I can't fail this class a second time like I did with my other math class.

Swimming is going good, too. Took off half a second in my last practice!

I've read two books this month, which is under what I usually read.. Been so busy lately with other homework. Hopefully I'll get the hang of it, though so I can read more.
