| Bio: |  Name: Kael McKay Age/DOB: 16/ August 9, 1991 Gender: Male Sexuality: Bi Physical Description: Skinny, but toned. Hazel eyes, brown hair. Average height- 5’9”, 140lbs Personality: Kael is quiet, but friendly whenever anyone speaks with him. An only child, he is used to being alone, so he doesn’t actively seach for friends. If he’s not in the swimming pool, he’s usually found sitting under a tree and reading or writing in a notebook. His favorite classes are his english courses, but he struggles with math and to a lesser extent, science; he’s had to re-take basic math twice and is having an even harder time with geometry. Aside from english and swimming, his other passion is music. He plays many instruments, but focuses on the cello and violin. History : Kael was born on a family farm in Montana. His mother had complications during childbirth and since they weren’t able to get to a hospital, though she survived, she was unable to get pregnant again. So as an only child and with no neighbours within twenty miles, he grew up with only his parents and the few animals around the house as playmates. As he grew, his parents made sure he had whatever he needed to expand his mind: instruments, books, and when it became available, a satellite internet connection. His schooling came from online as well, living too far out in the country to go to a public school. His physical education was taken care of with farm work and a nearby creek, where his love of swimming was kindled. It wasn’t to last, however, when the government took away his father’s organic farm with the excuse that they were going to use the land to build an interstate. The interstate never happened, but his family was forced to move into the suburbs of Billings when he was fourteen. It was Kael’s first experience in a public school, as well as continuous contact with other people his age. It was there he discovered his attraction to not only the girls in his class, but the guys as well. Confused, he confided in the only friends he had: his parents. With the primarily conservative area they lived in, they asked Kael to keep quiet about his sexuality while they figured out what to do to protect him from the ever increasingly violent and unpunished hate crimes in their area. Finding Goldfinch Academy, his parents immediately enrolled him there, sending him ahead of them. They are currently working on getting enough money to buy land close to the academy to start another farm. Kael enjoys the Academy more than the public school, loving the quiet and the landscape. He mostly keeps to himself, but he’s trying to get over his total independence from anyone to make a few friends and possibly a relationship. Anyone who knew him or at least his habits would know that this had been a swim just to do that: swim. Kael was part of the swim team and did what he could to shave off a few seconds from his times. Which ment everything from shaving his body hair (with the exception of his head) to wearing a form-fitting speedo whenever he trained or competed. Today he was in a normal pair of blue swim trunks. Running his fingers through his damp brown hair, he looked up in time to see a classmate wave at him. Smiling, he returned the wave, then turned down the sidewalk towards his building. Fun time was over, now to look forward to three hours of trying to understand his Geometry homework. | |||||||||
